Unfortunately Google Account Manager has stopped working.

I'm new to this forum so I hope you can help a newbie. I have a LG Optimus L70 and for some reason without doing a factory reset all of my Google apps such as Gmail, Google Play Store, Think Free Viewer has stopped working I get the error message: Unfortunately Google Account Manger has stopped working. Can you Please help. My next option is to take it to the Cricket Store. I can't even download a app to see if I have any bugs or a virus. So if anyone can please help it would be greatly...
