Samasung note 5 stuck in error message

Hi, just bought a samsung note 5 and within 3 hours of starting it up, I have two message errors on my phone Kernel is not SEANDROID Enforcing and Custom Binary blocked by FRP lock messages on top left corner of the screen. Note that the phone is rebooting all the time from and completely out of use. I have tried to restore it using ODIN and the kernel file for SM-N9028 which my phone model but it failed.
