Phone Stuck On Manufacturer Logo After Factory Reset

I decided to factory reset my BLU Energy X 2, and after I clicked the button in settings it went to my custom recovery and was doing its thing. It rebooted when done and is now stuck on the manufacturer logo. I just realized now that maybe this is because I only had around 10 percent battery remaining. My phone was plugged into my PC while doing this and still is. Please help!
