Can't Decide whether to wait or buy

I've been researching new phones for about 3 weeks now and come across a dilemma. My current contract is up in January, should i wait to see what the Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge have to offer in February or March, or should I grab the Google Pixel when the contract expires
