Suddenly battery drains insanely fast

I have tried to figure out what is wrong but no clue. I bought the phone new a few months ago and it has had great battery life. No new apps installed but now the battery goes down real fast. Don't k ow if there is some super capacity battery I should get.
Any advice at all is greatly appreciated!
