Charging

Hi! So I was wondering if it is better to charge my phone (I am talking about fast charrging here Huawei super charge to be exact) but is it better to charge it to 100% but leave it at that state for another hour or two or charge it to like 90-95% and then unplug it. This is for when I need to leave and my phone is almost fully charged but I can't wait for it to charge fully and I have to either unplug or leave it at 100% for a few hours. So which is better?
