Does this smartwatch exist?

Is there a smartwatch the checks all of these boxes?
Must haves:
Android 2.0
HR sensor
~13mm or less thick

Highly desirable:
Standalone gps
Non proprietary straps, interchangeable
Battery life: as long as a full days use I'm fine

The LG sport watch has the features I want, but it is thick and the watch straps make it a one trick pony.
I'm giving the 360 sport a trial run but I would like more updated hardware. I also tried the gear sport. Great hardware but the software is sub par. Perfect...
