Google app,YouTube shows network error

I can login to YouTube with my account when I use wifi. But the next time when I open YouTube using my mobile data even the homepage doesn't load. If I try to re-login then I'm asked to check my network connection. I'm able to access my YouTube account through web browser using my mobile data.

When I go to settings-> google-> signin & security it says that I'm offline. I've attached the screenshot with this message.
