Huawei watch 1 heating up

Hi all. I recently bought huawei watch. It seems when i scroll on my menu few times or open apps on my watch the watch heat goes to a level that i can feel it on my hand. i have installed a app and it shows that the temperature is around 37 to 38 and some times it peaks up to 40 c.

is it normal or should i clam my warranty and replace the watch.
