I am moving back to Android permanently this year. Note 9 or Pixel 3XL

Long story short, I've been bouncing back and forth between Android and iOS for the past few years. I picked up an iPhone X in February, and after 2 months of use I cannot stand it anymore. It's too expensive to begin with, the wi-fi drops all the time, iOS is buggy, my GF's S8 doesn't get some of my pictures that I send her, etc...

I've always gotten Samsung phones when I've went to Android, but part of me wants to hold out a few more weeks and try the Pixel 3XL when it hits the shelves....
