Unidentified problem

My infinix hot 2 x510 files and folders and settings keep coming back after deletion, hard/factory reset and even tried flashing the phone but as soon as i restart everything from media files to unwanted folders, wallpaper and even the last password that was used on the phone so virtually everything comes back like was done on the phone and stock and downloaded apps crash a few seconds after boot in system ui. Please help
