moto e4 flashing

hi guys im using spflash tools to flash my moto e4 back to stock rom and i get this error

S_SECURITY_SECURE_USB_DL_IMAGE_SIGN_HEADER_NOT_FOU ND (6045) , MSP ERROE CODE : 0x00the phone was in total bootloop and got told to try this but get that message any help with be good
