What do you think about the PlayStore New App Discoverability?

Hey,

I've been thinking about the promoted apps on the front page of the PlayStore and it seems that some old apps are always suggested, meanwhile there are new apps published everyday which don't receive any attention.

What do you think about this?

I came across kowalskidev com/chillboss which may solve this problem but it's not released yet.
