USB Options

I used to plug in an USB cable from my cellphone (Samsung Galaxy S6 edge) to my PC ( Windows 10) and it used to come up on the cellphone as : "Connected as a media device". Now it only shows it as charging. Is there a way to get back to connect to media device? Help this Ole Man. Thanks.
