I've had this phone for 2 years and almost 8 months now and never had any problems, apart from the usual age related battery life getting shorter. It can take quite a lot of punishment, and I've dropped it on the floor more times than I can count, without any issues with usability. But yesterday afternoon it suddenly decided it wouldn't want to work anymore. I had used it on a train for a short time, but then I had to take down a rather heavy suitcase from the luggage rack above my seat...
