Honor 7 Push Notifications Problem.

I have heard that in Honor 7 and anyother phone running EMUI people are facing 'instant' push notification problem. Like if I have Whatsapp installed and my phone is locked (screen is off) and whatsapp is not minimized in background (in recent app tray) then you will not receive Whatsapp messages (push notification) from others at the very instant when they send you but only when you open Whatsapp app because the app's background processes were killed by EMUI to conserve battery.
