Hindering LG G4 Issues

Hi, I got my LG G4 in the middle of 2015 and I loved it until it boot looped last year and forced me to get a replacement. (Only had to pay for shipping luckily) However a couple months ago, my replacement started having issues. The camera was unfunctional most of the time and the flashlight doesn't work outside the camera app displaying the error "Flashlight cannot be used while camera is in use".
