help with which watch

hi, I am new to the idea of a smart watch, I need some help, let me just say what I would like, and someone tell me if it is even possible, and than which one,
I want to be able to get texts and reply to them
I want it to have a heart rate monitor
a ped meter would be nice
I guess that is about it
