[Help me decide] Moto 360 2nd gen vs ASUS Zenwatch 3

What I like from the Moto 360:
-I really like the design. The black 42mm version is really beautiful
-It's minimalist style fits my taste
What I dislike from the Moto 360:
-It's a year old hardware (I'm afraid the software update will be slow for a year old device)
-Some friends said the screen is pixelated (lower ppi)

What I like from the Zenwatch 3:
-Higher pixel density
-Newer hardware
-Cheaper
What I dislike from the Zenwatch 3:
-I don't really dig the design
