My LG Realm will not read micro SD card in recovery

I hope this is the right area. But my LG Realm has been in a boot loop for a few months. I went through the steps and noticed that I have a backup of the phone before it started the boot loop.

My problem is the phone won't read the micro SD card. It is formatted right, but still won't read. I have searched and searched for an answer. Can anyone help me?
