YouTube Like Video Player for Android

My 2 year old likes to be able to pick and choose various YouTube videos via the YouTube app. I am looking for an offline solution so I can load up a player like YouTube with her videos and let her pick and choose offline. Main video playing on the left, selection of other videos on the right. Anything like this exist?
