S7 Wi-Fi Calling Issues

Hey all,
I have a Verizon Galaxy s7 (SM-G930V) that I am now using on the T-Mobile network. So far the only issue that I have noticed is I no longer have the ability to make or receive Wi-Fi Calls. I was able to do this while I had the phone on Verizon, but the setting for it seems to have disappeared now that I switched to T-Mobile. I checked with my plan, and it allows for it, and none of the T-Mobile tech support is able to help me out. I was wondering if there was a solution in rooting...
