LG V20 help

I am having issues with my new LG V20. I switched yesterday from the Samsung Note 4, and I had never had any issues. When playing app games with the V20, everything works well until a cut scene animation occurs. During, and after the cut scene, it seems like the phone has an issue rendering animations.
