Galaxy Note 4 "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue"

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on the forum. I used to work but now I play golf and enjoy using my GN4, that was until yesterday. I downloaded the latest update and the phone worked fine. Then it froze a couple of times but rebooting fixed it. Then it froze again but reboot didn't help. So, I downloaded Kies to reload the update however, I got the above message with the addition of "Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again".
