Device isnt working properly

Hi,
I have a 9020a at@t trek 2 HD tablet. I rooted it with twrp manager and some how my device deleted something. So I turned off device and turned it back on. Wont go past at@t powered by android screen. Stays on it until it goes dead. So I got it to android system recovery and select English. I wiped cache partition and wipe data/factory reset and even tried reboot to bootloader. But even after data/factory reset doesn't go past the at@t powered by android.
