Moto Z (XT1650-3) BATTERY QUICKLY DRAINED.

The new phone Moto Z (XT1650-3) updated to version 8.0.0 does sustained the battery after fully charged. Can only remain plugged into the phone before it be use. When unplugged, the phone battery quickly run down and shutdown. Any possible fixes is appreciated.
