"The Operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorized way..." NOT ROOTED

For the past 48 hours, I've been on a reset loop on my Sprint Galaxy Note 4 running Android 6.0.1 (N910PVPU4DPE1).

I was just using it and it crashed on me. I was able to clear my cache and perform a factory reset, but it's still crashing. Typically a few minutes after I restart when I'm using it, the screen will freeze and either get stuck there or reset. I've tried running in safe mode and it does the same thing.

Now, I'm trying to do a system update and it tells me "The operating system...
