Recently got a replacement phone for my s7. Old one froze, became unresponsive and is basically dead. Happened out of nowhere too, battery wasn't low or anything. Well, after getting my replacement, I have to send back the damaged device. Except, I want to completely make sure I wipe all my personal data on it. I used Android Device Manager to erase my data without using the phone (since it won't turn on whatsoever), but it said it won't start resetting and wiping until it comes back online....
