I need to get my storage space....

Yes I'm having alot of trouble with my memory and ram space storage getting full I'm having to boost it every little time should you guys give me some ideas of how I could do this I also need help with transferring my videos to my sd card and I have done it but a day later they aren't there any more San disk memory card that I have install in my phone ok.
