bluetooth and wifi not working

I dont know what I've done to my phone but neither the bluetooth nor the wifi are working. They wont even turn on, much less find something to connect to.

It's not an issue with finding the wifi's themselves. I'm having the same issue at both home and work and starbucks. It's the phone itself. And since the bluetooth wont turn on either it seems related.

Can anyone advise? This is so weird!
