Will the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 work with AT&T in the US?

Hello Android Authority Community. I really love the design and look of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2. HOWEVER, I would like to know if the phones works with AT&T 4G LTE in the United States of America. Along with that question, would I have to get the higher priced International version, or would the standard edition work just as well?

STANDARD VERSION:
2G bands:*GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2
3G bands:*HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700(AWS) / 1900 / 2100
4G bands:*LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800),...
