¿How do I transfer archives ( photos / videos / etc ) from phone to PC WITHOUT touching the phone?

Hello, I am new and I have a question.

So, a few days ago I accidentally broke my phone's screen and now it's not working ( the screen ). And I'd like to know if there is a way to transfer my important archives to the PC. I can't use my phone to transfer it, but I have a USB cable. Is there a way to do it?
