Help with replacement.....specific needs

Hey all,
My temp phone, ZTE zmax pro, is dying. I need to replace it. I only have about $300 to spend. I have very specific requirements. Screen 5.5 or larger, larger is better, good camera and I would really like it to have both GSM and CDMA bands, most important thought that it can handle wifi calling/texting with a USA carrier like T-mobile. I am rural.
I will likely buy used which I have no problem with.
Thinking of the Pixel XL but open to other ideas. Needs to have a good, strong...
