Unable to update S7 to Nougat

Hi everyone. After some advice.

I have recently purchased a used s7 on ebay it was listed as locked to EE network in UK and had been factory reset and does include theusual EE software and even started up in english but according so Sammobile the Android build in the phone is italian. G930FXXU1BPJE. Running 6.0.1

My question is, should this just update anyway? How is it functioning on EE as ot does work with my EE sim? I had an S7 before that got damaged and had updated to Android 7 on...
