Smartwatch Outime X01S Wierd Privacy Protective Locked Sreen issues

Hello Forum!

I'd like to ask the community to help me with the weird issue with my 3 months old "Ourtime X01S" (Andorid 5.1, 1GRam, SIM, GPS, etc) smartwatch. The watch is Locked with the so called " Priavacy Protective Code" (or sreen) security similar to any Android device. The watch was (and is) working fine but I have decided to give it to my brother as I was up to try something with different Sport functionality.
