Samsung ending firmware support for S7 gulf models?

My S7 is currently on nougat with PDA G930FXXU1DQC4 (XSG). i received this firmware via OTA on Mar 2017 and since then haven't received any new updates. the firmware security patch level is currently Feb 2017 and when i tried to contact samsung to check with them, they stated that they will not provide any more security patches for this model as it "may provide instability". did samsung just ended firmware support for S7 gulf models?
