Blu & Android issues

Morning All:

Getting pretty frustrated with this Blu Studio 5.0C HD that's running Kk 4.4.2. Have been wanting/needing to upgrade the O.S. to Mm ..or later. Problem is, the phone or the O.S. is causing enough problems that do an upgrade has proved futile. OK, let me give some facts; I do believe the O.S. is corrupted--I'm hoping it's not a hardware issue(?) To start, the phone says it "connected" to the internet (via hotspot(s)) yet IF it does connect, the webpage will just flash...
