Selective call forwarding app ?

Hi,

I need an Android app that can forward incoming calls of one certain number (the general phone number of my business) to my wife after say 10 seconds if I don't pick up.

So, it should not be that all calls that I don't pick up are forwarded to my wife, only the one of my business

Does anyone know such app ?
