LG V10 VERTICAL SPLIT SCREEN ISSUES

I have purchase lg v10 used it for just a week everything works fine, I send it to my wife as a gift but for another week of usage the screen suddenly shows vertical split screen, freezing half of the whole screen,any solutions for this issue is much appreciated.Thanks,
