android newbie needs help

I bought a ASUS Zenfone 3 (ZE552KL) a while ago, & this my first android phone. tried to mod apps with APTOIDE, my phone is not rooted or anything. i used it (APTOIDE) to mod some system apps, while some ad removal worked for some apps, & it also made some of my system apps unstable. & i didn't backed up anything. for example now i can't download THEMES using ZENUI THEMES.

I tried FACTORY RESET twice, re-downloaded apps, updated android, but the problem was still there. i tried uninstalling...
