Please help me identify this application on my galaxy s4

This keeps opening up when I recharge my pgone, at first I thought it was avg cleaner and antivirus but they both had boost charge off so now I have no idea and what's worse is that this app eats data using advertising.

When I swipe from left to right the app opens the ad and from right to left closes the ad.

Would someone please tell me what app this is?

I'm using Android lollipop on a galaxy S4
