Galaxy S7 restarts on using mobile data

I have a Galaxy S7 unlocked version and is using T-mobile network. Last week, I have to do a factory reset after a restarting problem. The phone after restart will stay on first booting page(Samsung logo) and never goes forward. After that, it was working fine.
