Android usb tether to laptop then laptop create hotspot

I have a galaxy S5, i use Pda Net+ for usb tether because i have sprint. I want to tether my laptop then make a hotspot, it works with connectify on lite but I need max which is a bunch of money that i dont have. Plz Help me...
